About BagsRacing

BagsRacing is an independent guide to offshore online casinos, crypto casinos and sportsbooks that accept United States players. We exist to answer one question honestly: if you live in a US state with no regulated online casino, where can you actually play, and which sites can you trust?

What we do

Why offshore, and why we're upfront about it

Most US states do not license online casinos. The sites that accept players in those states are licensed abroad — in Curaçao, Anjouan, Panama and similar jurisdictions. We never pretend these operators are "US regulated" or "legal in your state," because they aren't. Being straight about the offshore model is the whole point of this site.
